The operational data collected over this period tells a story that goes well beyond a simple increase in volume\u2014it speaks of a company evolving, strengthening, and looking ahead with vision.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We closed 2023 with approximately 1,100,000 units handled. A significant achievement, yet one that was decisively surpassed in 2024: <strong>around 1,200,000 units managed, marking a 10% increase<\/strong>. These are impressive figures, but what truly makes the difference is our ability to be fast and precise: <strong>the average order processing time consistently remains within 24 to 48 hours.<\/strong> This allows us to stay close to our customers, both in terms of service and geography, reducing wait times and increasing satisfaction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the inbound logistics front, the data on container traffic also reflects a well-structured system: i<strong>n 2024, we unloaded an average of 84 containers per month, totaling over 1,000 containers for the year.<\/strong> This steady flow is made possible by meticulous planning and targeted investments in infrastructure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2024 has also been the year in which we chose to invest even more decisively in our people. The workforce in <strong>our logistics department grew by 10%<\/strong>\u2014a strengthening that had an immediate impact on our internal organization and positions us to confidently face the challenges of 2025\u20132026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now, in mid-2025, we view these numbers not just as milestones, but as markers along a path focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.<strong> Our goal remains to provide timely, reliable service that is increasingly aligned with the needs of those who choose us every day.
