As we moved from 2023 into 2024, at Moretti S.p.A. we recorded a solid and tangible growth trend, driven by a dynamic commercial strategy and an increasingly efficient logistics organization. The operational data collected over this period tells a story that goes well beyond a simple increase in volume—it speaks of a company evolving, strengthening, and looking ahead with vision.
We closed 2023 with approximately 1,100,000 units handled. A significant achievement, yet one that was decisively surpassed in 2024: around 1,200,000 units managed, marking a 10% increase. This growth has been built day by day, thanks to greater product availability, a more responsive supply chain, and a continuous focus on improving service levels.
One of the clearest indicators of the efficiency of our operational model is our order management. Every month, we process an average of 4,000 orders—over 50,000 on an annual basis. These are impressive figures, but what truly makes the difference is our ability to be fast and precise: the average order processing time consistently remains within 24 to 48 hours. This allows us to stay close to our customers, both in terms of service and geography, reducing wait times and increasing satisfaction.
On the inbound logistics front, the data on container traffic also reflects a well-structured system: in 2024, we unloaded an average of 84 containers per month, totaling over 1,000 containers for the year. This steady flow is made possible by meticulous planning and targeted investments in infrastructure.
2024 has also been the year in which we chose to invest even more decisively in our people. The workforce in our logistics department grew by 10%—a strengthening that had an immediate impact on our internal organization and positions us to confidently face the challenges of 2025–2026.
Now, in mid-2025, we view these numbers not just as milestones, but as markers along a path focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Our goal remains to provide timely, reliable service that is increasingly aligned with the needs of those who choose us every day. And in this case, the numbers truly speak for themselves.
