Digital Transformation is currently revolutionising the entire logistics department at Moretti. Our warehouse handling volumes, which reached almost 1.2 million items at the end of last year, led to the decision to redesign both our manual and electronic work flows.
Digital Communication
Another important area of change is digital communication. Moretti has opened its doors and commenced a formal and institutional approach to start a direct and informal dialogue with the people who choose and use Moretti products every day.
This revolutionary change in approach is reaching all points of contact with customers, both on-line and off-line, and has involved every company department, resulting in new knowledge and a boosted team spirit.
