We are well aware of the fact that our products can considerably improve the comfort and well-being of people who live with disabilities and that is why we consider guaranteeing shorter delivery times, every day of the year, for our entire catalogue of products and immediately available replacement parts, to be a priority.
Here at Moretti, we have always focused on ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently, investing in extending it when necessary or optimising work flows constantly, in order to guarantee a superior quality service.
To give you a clear idea of what this means, last year there were over half a million stock movements in our warehouse. This achievement is the result of a constant search for improved efficiency and introduction of technological systems that have eliminated paper from the entire working process, apart from issue of the invoice and the transport documents.
At Moretti, the warehouse staff who prepare the order have a terminal and an electronic vehicle for rapid movement around the warehouse. The operators use them to assemble the products in each order and update the preparation process and stock in real time.
At the end of this phase, they then deliver the products to a specific workstation on a preparation bench, where the staff responsible for checking and closing the order carefully examine the products before proceeding with packaging and movement of the package to the area for delivery to the courier.
The Moretti logistics system is highly automated, with innovative elements ranging from the technological installations to the order management system. This all serves to guarantee an average order delivery time of one working day from the date when it is received.
