The third Forum Congress of the Organisations in the Orthopaedic Sector will take place on 17, 18 and 19 April. An important event to examine the changes that are taking place in the regulatory framework regarding health treatments, considering the legal, regulatory and cultural changes in this field.
The entry into force of the Prime Minister’s Decree dated 12 January 2017 about the new Essential Levels of Care establishes significant changes for Specialists, Users and Local Health Authorities, after eighteen years of existence of Italian Ministerial Decree no. 332/99. Furthermore, 2018 is also the year of entry into force of the Bianco-Gelli Law on professional liability, of the new European Regulation 2017/745 concerning Medical Devices, of the European Regulation 2016/679 regarding the protection of personal data and of the Lorenzin Law no. 3/2018 which has established the Health Professional Associations.
We will be there as sponsors represented by Alessandro Berti, Representative of the Chief Operations and Public Affairs Officer of Moretti SpA, who will take part in the event to assess the impact of the effective ongoing cultural revolution, as Vice Chairman of A.D.M. Areha.
The congress is an occasion for sharing ideas and views, for discussing together to identify a key to understanding all the ongoing changes, a useful vehicle one can use to read and identify new strategies for looking towards the future of our profession while assessing the critical issues and challenges that are facing us.
